The Issue

As a cloud provider the customer performs several audits per year and per product to achieve global and local certifications. Beside the exploding costs of such audits, the employees have to invest additional time for the alignment of the audit results and remediation.Together with the cloud products, e2 Security suggested to work on a control harmonization for the different products and to prepare for a consolidation of the different certifications per product. The challenge was, that some products have been just acquired by the customer and have not being onboard in total to the customer control framework.

The Issue

The customer and e2 Security were collaborating on remediating a vulnerability within the platform of a European market leader for employee benefits. The customer aims to identify and fix all vulnerabilities within the system. The reason for this is the constant expansion of the company and the associated development of the systems. 

Move Compute Power to Cloud Provider Platform

Global Software Provider migrated appx. 33,000 customers to Cloud solutions

The Issue

The customer had over 1000 IT tenants hosted in legacy Data Centers. The goal was to close these in Q3 2022 and to move off the old platforms. The move required new commercial agreements with customers and the Compute Power to be shifted to Cloud Platform Providers.Some customers had contracts with an end date after 2022 and the contract referred to IaaS and not SaaS offerings - each customer ran their own customized application (based on Hybris framework)SaaS contracts did not provide the required 1:1 feature parity and so the project required careful preparation for each customer in the areas of budget, capacity, internal release cycles and roadmaps for project managers. The move required an upgrade to the IT landscape before any migration was possible.
